I specialize in working with all ages and have a passion for working with clients that have a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), in addition to self-harming behaviors, substance abuse issues, and trauma exposure. I provide comprehensive and individualized care in order to truly meet the needs of my clients and their families. I work with my clients to heal and establish healthy life-changing habits in order for them to live their most fulfilling, purposeful lives.

  • A decade of experience in counseling and counseling supervision as well as program development and strategic resource planning.
  • Over 10,000 hours providing individual and group counseling, to individuals ranging from age 4 to 66. 
  • Directly managed new counselors in the role of counselor supervisor.
  • Led, created, and implemented an evidence-based social emotional learning program schoolwide in the virtual learning environment and was solely responsible for increasing accessibility and exposure to social emotional learning by 88%. My curriculum was adopted by schools across the district.
